Cancel an Appointment

A large number of appointments are wasted everyday due to patients  arriving too late or failing to attend, or not giving enough notice to cancel the appointment. To avoid wasted clincian time and delays for other patients being seen, we would be grateful if you could CALL if you no longer need your booked appointment. (023 92736006)

Routine Appointments

* We are operating a TRIAGE service for all patients*

To reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus (Covid-19), we ask that you only come in if you have a pre-booked appointment.  If you wish to contact the surgery for any reason then please call us or submit an E-consult by clicking the image to the right.

Please contact the surgery between 08:00 and 18:30. We try to give routine appointments within 2 days. It is our aim to see patients within half an hour of their allotted appointment time.

Occasionally an emergency has to take priority; in this case we will inform patients of the delay and offer an alternative appointment. Occasionally you may be asked to see a locum doctor.

If you wish to talk to your doctor about more than one medical complaint, please advise the receptionist.  Please also be aware that the doctors do also have other patients to see after your consultation.

Training Practice

Please be aware we are now a training practice and therefore may have other healthcare professional trainees, such as nurses, paramedics, pharmacy students etc in our clinics.

You will be asked if you consent for them to stay at every consultation.

Text Reminder Service

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments. You can also CANCEL your appointment via this by following the instructions from your text.

To have this service you will need to register by completing a consent form (linked below) and emailing the completed copy to Please include 'SMS consent form' in the subject heading.

Please remember to update your contact details with us when you change address, telephone numbers and email address.
